Symposium Fees

Early bird registrations must be accomplished by 31 August 2018 and standard online registrations will be accepted online until 24 September 2018. All those not registered by 24 Sept 2018 may do so at the on-site registration desk.

Pre-registrants may pick up their symposium materials quickly and easily at the advance registration desk.

General

• On-Site: $500
• Regular: $425
• Early Bird (by 31 August 2018): $375

Full-time Students

• On-Site: $500
• Regular: $300
• Early Bird (by 31 August 2018): $250

Note: Students who present an accepted poster will have their conference fee refunded. In addition, there are a limited number of partial student travel subsidies available. Interested students should email requests with a brief statement of justification to be considered for funds. The funds will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as they are available. The amount of funds available to subsidize student travel will be made known closer to the symposium, and documentation of travel expenses in the form of photocopied receipts must be submitted after the symposium in order to receive funds.
