The 14th Overset Grid Symposium will be held at the University of Maryland at the Stamp Student Union.

The local organizing committee has made arrangements for a block of rooms to be held at the Holiday Inn Express for the symposium rate of $107 per night plus applicable taxes and charges. Follow this link for the symposium group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by deposit in advance or confirmed with a credit card. Rooms will be held until 12:01am on 09th September 2018 . Please make your reservations early to avoid missing the symposium rate. Any reservations made after this cut-off will be based on availability and higher rates may apply. More information on this facility's room policies may be found on its website. A shuttle bus to and from campus is available.

 

The College Park Marriot Hotel and Conference Center is very close and is also convenient, since just a short walking distance from the Stamp Student Union. The Hotel at the University of Maryland is another option, that is a slightly longer walk to the Stamp Student Union but also within walking distance of the College Park Aviation Museum. Please see the following link for hotels near the University. However, I recommend these three hotels very strongly, especially with the special rate at the Holiday Inn Express.
